Terms and conditions

General terms of purchase and delivery


These sales terms are applied between the Seller (Vali & Co. AB) and the Buyer regarding sales, deliveries, various forms of service and liability issues.


Free shipping on all orders over 39 EUR. Other orders are charged a shipping fee of between 2.90 and 3.90 EUR depending on means of delivery.


Orders can be sent with either Postnord varubrev or DHL service point. You will receive a confirmation via email that we have received the order and sent it. Notification of when your package arrives at the nearest delivery point is via email or SMS (if you have filled in your mobile number at checkout).


In the case of unredeemed packages, Vali & Co. AB reserves the right to charge SEK 150. The package remains in the delivery point for 14 days from the time it is sent from Vali & Co. AB stock, so you have plenty of time to pick it up. Keep in mind that if you order via invoice, the invoice period will run even if you have not picked up the package.

Membership and personal data register according to PUL, the Personal Data Act

When you, as a member and customer, fill in your personal information, you agree that this information is registered and used by Vali & Co. AB. The information is necessary for Vali & Co. AB to be able to provide the best service, for contact and delivery of goods. In connection with your registration and / or order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to complete and provide the service that you can expect from us. According to PUL (Personal Data Act), you have the right to receive the information we have registered on you. If you consider it to be incorrect or irrelevant, you can request correction or removal from our customer register. Feel free to contact our customer service and we will help you.


You have a full right of return within 14 days of receiving the goods. The goods must be unused and in unopened packaging. Refunds will only be made when the goods have been returned in full condition. The maximum amount of compensation corresponds to the price of the returned batch returned excluding postage and any payment fees. Vali & Co. AB repays the amount within 30 days. Please note: in case of exchange or refund, contact Vali & Co. AB before returning your goods. The return is approved when the product has been inspected by our staff.


Any complaints must be made within 14 days from the invoice date. Complaints regarding deliveries and products are made to A product can only be complained about in the event of manufacturing defects. After the fault is discovered, Vali & Co. sends. AB a new, flawless product. If the error cannot be remedied, a refund will be made. In the event of a complaint, the buyer bears the cost of returning to our warehouse. Once the item has been inspected by our staff, and the defect has been determined, we will reimburse the cost of the return postage. We will refund the amount within 30 days.

Regarding any changes that have to do with: delivery and contact information, billing and delivery addresses, and other functions that directly or indirectly affect the requirements imposed on the Seller to fulfill agreed delivery requirements, the Buyer is obliged to inform the Seller immediately. The Seller is not liable for damages that have arisen as a result of the Buyer neglecting his responsibility to provide sufficient information.


Normal form of delivery is delivery according to order. The seller’s normal delivery time is 2-5 working days after ordering, unless a specific delivery time has been specifically agreed. In the event of extremely high temporary demand or unusual weather conditions, the delivery time may be longer than normal. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the accessibility to the place of delivery is good enough. If it is not possible to arrive safely at the delivery point, the Seller has the right not to deliver.


Vali & Co. AB is responsible for direct costs that have arisen due to incorrect goods being delivered or broke due to substandard packaging upon delivery. The maximum amount of compensation corresponds to the price of the lot that is incorrect or destroyed during transport. Vali & Co. AB is not liable for damages caused by the Buyer having provided incorrect or incomplete information or made a mistake when ordering (wrong product). When the product has left our warehouse, the delivery responsibility is transferred to the shipping company, which delivers the order within the set time for the chosen shipping method. Vali & Co. AB is not responsible for the damage to the Buyer’s product or if the product has been stored incorrectly by the Buyer or if the fault has been caused by the product being mixed with other than the Seller’s goods at the use object. Vali & Co. AB also reserves the right to incorrect information has been stated in invoices due to spelling errors or the like.
